Life Skills Training

Botvin LifeSkills Training is a prevention program that is designed to prevent the early stages of substance use by influencing risk factors associated with substance abuse, particularly occasional or experimental use.  LifeSkills has a distinct elementary school curriculum which is delivered in a series of ten classroom sessions.  The program targets students, ages 8-12, who have not yet initiated substance use.
